April 30, Beijing - Ringbio is pleased to announce that the ASFV Antibody Indirect ELISA Kit has been officially approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, marking the official endorsement of such a kit in China.
This ELISA kit employs the indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique. The ASFV antigen is pre-coated in the microtiter plate, designed to capture the ASFV-specific antibody during testing. The kit requires a total of 75 minutes for a single run and is available in specifications of 96 wells, 192 wells, and 480 wells. Field testing and internal validation have demonstrated that the kit has a sensitivity of 96.8% and a specificity of 99.7%. Compared to the ASFV Antibody competitive ELISA Kit, this kit is more sensitive in identifying antibodies.
